Due to the immediate access and energetic nature of our digital offerings, all sales are final and non-refundable. This includes but is not limited to:

- Personalised card readings or channellings
Once a course has been accessed or a reading has been delivered, the energetic container is considered activated. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits for change of mind or personal circumstance.
Physical Products (e.g., Abundance Alchemy Cards)
All physical items are final sale. We do not offer returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or incorrect.
In such cases:
- You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your item
- Provide clear photographic evidence
- We will gladly arrange a replacement or resolution where appropriate
